Salary: Group ‘C’, PB-I of Rs. 5,200-20,200/- + Grade pay of Rs. 2,800/-

Method of appointment& period: Deputation. Initially for one year, extendable to three years.
Eligibility conditions:-
(a) Officials of the Central Government
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) Holding posts in Pay Band-I of Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- with five years regular service in the grade, having two years experience as Caretaker or Manager (Canteen) or Protocol Assistant in a Ministry/Department and having knowledge and experience in maintenance of accounts.

(ii) Holding posts in Pay Band-I of Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- with five years regular service in the grade, having two years experience as Caretaker or Manager (Canteen) or Protocol Assistant in a Ministry/Department and having knowledge and experience in maintenance of accounts.
Note: Manager (Guest House) will be required to reside at the Guest House in order to take care of the day to day management Guest House as well as the Guests.
