I. MANUFACTURING / PRODUCTION
a) Executive Director
The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should be at a senior level position in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience encompassing :
  • Manufacturing of Industrial Goods
  • Expertise and exposure to Purchase, Vendor Development, Subcontract & outsourcing, Client handling & interaction with institutions & agencies for Marketing.
  • Execution of Design and Development Projects, which have resulted in good market acceptance.
  • Exposure to Marketing & International Business.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
  • Overall management of the business.
  • Co-ordination of various activities of the business and guide the heads of Strategic Business Units and other HODs of common service department within the Business Group in Planning, Production,Production Control, Materials Management, IE & MS & Facilities Plan, Tool Engineering &Maintenance, Finance & Accounts within the budgetary approvals.
  • Outsourcing services and products / aggregates, improve value of sales and diversification.
  • Interaction with the Complex/Divisional Head of the Company for manufacturing, continous review of production schedule to meet the business target & profitability.
II. MANUFACTURING/ PRODUCTION/ PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL/ PROGRESS
a) General Manager/Dy. General Manager/ Asst. General Manager /Senior Manager/Manager /
Asst. Manager

The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Manufacturing
  • Production, Planning and Control
  • Scheduling the production orders and to determine production priorities by studying the Master Production Schedule.
  • Monitoring Production by collecting production logs; comparing progress to schedule and prepare required parts list.
  • Co-ordinate with Purchase, manufacturing shops, Methods Planning and store to ensure in time
availability of both manufacturing and bought out materials for production.
III. MARKETING (SALES/ SERVICE/ PARTS)
a) General Manager/ Dy. General Manager/Asst. General Manager
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA or
equivalent with specialization in Marketing will be preferred.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Marketing of Industrial Products.
  • Commercial Marketing.
  • Developing the marketing strategies of the Business Group/ Organization.
  • Export marketing.
  • Expertise and exposure to Market Research, Customer relationship management and interaction with institutions and customers for marketing.
  • After Sales Service and Parts Business.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Explore business opportunities and enlarge the Company’s market share in the Rail & Metro Business.
  • Explore opportunities to boost export.
b) Senior Manager/Manager /Asst. ManagerThe candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA or
equivalent with specialization in Marketing will be preferred.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Liaise with customers and strengthen Company’s brand image as a dependable supplier.
  • Coordinate with internal suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery schedule.
  • After Sales Service and parts business.
The incumbent should have the prescribed post qualification experience in :Sales Marketing of Industrial Products in Engineering Industry.
  • Commercial Marketing.
  • Expertise and exposure to Market Research, Customer Relationship Management and interaction with Institution  and Customers for marketing.
  • Installation, erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Heavy Earthmoving Equipments in a Heavy Engineering/ Automobile Industry.
  • Should have worked independently to handle the equipments problem in a large Engineering/
Automobile Industry.
IV. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics discipline with
good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with M.E/ M Tech will be
preferred and suitable relaxation in age & experience will be given.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Design and Development activities.
  • Leading a team of design engineers and guiding them in the Design & Development work using CAD & CAE tools.
  • Identification/Development of Vendors.
V. a) MATERIALS MANAGEMENT/ PURCHASE/STORES
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Managing purchase/ materials management function in an Engineering Industry.
  • Should have a sound knowledge of and exposure to modern concepts of Purchase, Supply Chain Management, Stores, Inventory Control, Import procedures & Foreign Exchange regulations, Customs clearance etc.
  •  Should be capable of formulating policies and procedures in Materials Management functions. The
  • candidate should preferably be conversant with ERP(SAP) based procurement tools like SCM, SRM etc.The candidate should preferably be familiar with CVC guidelines of Public Sectors/ Govt. organizations.
b) VENDOR DEVELOPMENT
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in activities of vendor development, sub-contract, works contract etc. Preference would be given
to candidates having experience in Automobile / Engineering Industry.
VI. MAINTENANCE – ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL
(a) Mechanical

The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering in Mechanical discipline with good academic record
from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Mechanical Maintenance of all kinds of Metal Cutting Machine Tools, Plate and Fabrication Shop
Equipment, Heat Treatment facilities (Induction Hardening, Carburising, Nitriding facilities), Material
handling and Transportation Equipment, Shop Floor Maintenance and Safety Engineering Industry.
  • Maintaining CNC Machines like Machining Centres, Turning Centres, etc and other modern equipments.
  • Should be familiar with preventive as well as breakdown maintenance and capable of planning, guiding supervising.
  • In addition, he will have to organize and execute Mechanical maintenance of plant and Machinery, handle projects independently with adequate knowledge of techno-commercial estimations and evaluations.
(b) Electrical
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering in Electrical discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • The area of Electrical Maintenance of Plant preferably in Engineering Industry, Steel Plant, Heavy Fabrication Industry etc.
  • Should be conversant in Maintenance of HT & IT Equipment DG Sets, EOT Cranes, Welding Sets, machine Tools and capable of handling independently a Technician team for attending Break down / Preventive Maintenance Works.
  • Well versed in Cost control / Energy conservation methods.
VII. CIVIL
a) Dy. General Manager/ Asst. General Manager
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with good academic record from a recognized
University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger, Rail Track laying and should have the prescribed
post qualification experience in :
  • Handling major projects and its management in Engineering Industries/Rail Track laying.
  • Should have contributed significantly in the area of implementation of new projects right from planning to execution.
  • Well versed with Project Designing, Operation Management with latest IT application of laying tracks, signals and railway bridges.
b) Senior Manager/Manager /Asst. Manager
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with good academic record from a recognized
University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger, Rail Track laying and should have the prescribed
post qualification experience in :
  • Construction of industrial buildings/hangars/Sheds, Roads, Civil foundation for equipment etc and should be able to execute the job.
  • The candidate should be able to prepare independently bill of quantity, estimate, proposal, cost engineering and planning to meet the project objective.
VIII. QUALITY
General Manager/ Dy. General Manager/Asst. General Manager/Sr. Manager/Manager/Asst. Manager

The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production & Electrical discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in a large engineering industry / organization viz., Mining &
Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification
experience in :
  • Quality Assurance related functions of Engineering Industries.
  • The candidate will be responsible for the quality of products & services both directly to the ultimate customer and internally between the departments and will guide the Unit Heads in proper implementation of Quality Systems.
  • Adopting TQM Philosophy, ensuring product standards at all stages and completion, monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving the overall quality performance etc are some of the key deliverables of the position.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen events will be added advantage.
IX. FINANCE/ ACCOUNTS / AUDIT
a) Dy. General Manager/ Asst. General Manager

The candidate(s) should possess ICWA/ CA with proven skills in the entire area of Finance Management with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates having qualification of Company Secretary will be an added advantage. The incumbent should have experience in engineering Industry/ organization viz., Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification experience in :
  • Relevant accounting / audit guidelines and procedures.
  • Strategic Financial Planning and control including budgeting, MIS.
  • Treasury Management.
  • Taxation matters-Both Direct and Indirect.
  • Preparation and finalization of accounts in ERP environment and coordinating with audit.
  • Product costing and cost management.
  • Overseas investment procedures and formation of JVs.
b) Senior Manager/Manager /Asst. Manager
The candidate(s) should possess ICWA/ CA with good academic record from a recognized University /
Institution.
The incumbent should have experience in engineering Industry/ organization viz., Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification experience in :
  • The incumbent should have experience/ Treasury Management, consolidation & finalization of Accounts
  • Internal Audit / Costing & Budgeting
  • Pricing / Management of Receivables & Inventory.
X. HUMAN RESOURCE
Dy. General Manager/Asst. General Manager/Sr. Manager/Manager/Asst. Manager

Candidate(s) should possess MBA or MSW/ MA(Social Work) or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Equivalent qualification of 2 yrs full time course with specialisation in IR/ HR/ OB with good academic record from a Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC/ AICTE. Degree in Law is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with good academic career. The incumbent should have experience in engineering Industry/ organization viz., Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro, Defence, Aerospace, Dredger and should have the prescribed post qualification experience in :
  • HR related matters, viz., Implementation of HR policies, Manpower Planning,
  • Performance Management, Training & Development, HR Service delivery,
  • Industrial Relations, Contract Labour Management,
  • General Administration etc.
  • Those having experience in a large industrial organization in manufacturing sector will have an added advantage.
XI. LEGAL
Sr. Manager/Manager/Asst. Manager

The candidate(s) should be a Graduate with Degree in Law with godd academic from Univeristy or Institution
recognised by UGC/ AICTE. Preference will be given to candidates ith LLM degree.
The incumbent should have the prescribed post qualification experience in the following areas :
  • Civil, Criminal, Mercantile, Sales Tax, Arbitration and Labour Laws
  • Practice and procedure in Civil/ Labour Courts, Tribunals, Arbitration, Proceedings, execution of decrees/ awards and submission of pleadings etc.
  • Drafting plaints, written statements, affidavits and various types of petitions to filed in the court
  • Drafting and scrutiny of various documents such as agreements on collaboration , export, service and security bonds, guarantee bonds and sale deeds etc.
  • Knowledge of Kannada is desirable
XII. COMPANY SECRETARIAT
Sr. Manager/Manager/Asst. Manager

The candidate(s) should be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB), good
academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have the prescribed post qualification experience in a listed engineering Company :
  • Exposure in handling Board related activities
  • Handling of Dividend payments and concerned issues
  • Maintaining and updating all statutory registers under Companies Act.
  • Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors, Government Auditors and Ministries.
  • Co-ordination with Registrar & Share Transfer Agency
  • Attending to the shareholders complaints / requirements
  • Attending activities of the Board Committees ( Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee etc.,)
  • Maintaining of registers & Records concerned to the above matters.
