BEML Ltd. is looking for High Performing, Dynamic & Achievement Oriented Professionals for it’s Rail & Metro Business Group and Aerospace Manufacturing Division for the following positions:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND POST QUALIFICATION EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:
Rail & Metro Business Group
1. Chief General Manager/ General Manager (Production)
 The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Automobile /
Production/ Electrical discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should have minimum 22 to 25 years of post qualification executive experience in :
  • Production, Industrial / Engineering Projects, Rail & Metro product and its aggregate.
  • Expertise and exposure to Purchase, Vendor Development, Subcontract & outsourcing, Client handling & interaction with institutions & agencies for Marketing.
  • Execution of design and development of Metro & Rail Projects, which have resulted in good
market acceptance.
  • Developing and improvement of consignment supply of other Rail and Metro products and spares in India and abroad.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Co-ordination of various activities of the Business Group and guide the Chief of StrategicBusiness Units and other HOD of common service department within the Business Group in planning, Production, Production Control, Materials Management, IE & MS & Facilities Plan, Tool Engineering & Maintenance, Finance & Accounts within the budgetary approvals of the Business Group.
  • Outsourcing services and products / aggregates, improve value of sales and diversification.
  • Entire gamut of TOT through tie-ups of Research & Development and Design & Development of Rail and Metro products, indigenization and responsible for co-coordinating with R&D Centre of Excellence for Metro Rail System. The products entire area includes integral Rail Coaches, Stainless Steel Metro Coaches, Electric Multiple Units, Rail Buses, BOM Wagons, Track Laying Equipments and Overhead Equipment Inspection Cars.
2. Chief General Manager/ General Manager (Marketing)
The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Automobile / Production/ Electrical discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA (Marketing) Qualification from recognized University/ Institutions will be preferred. The incumbent should have minimum 22 to 25 years of post qualification executive experience in:
  • Marketing of Industrial Products, preferably marketing of Rail & Metro products.
  • Commercial Marketing.
  • Developing the marketing strategies of the Business Group/ Organization.
  •  Export marketing.
  • Expertise and exposure to Market Research, Customer relationship management and interaction with institutions and customers for marketing.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Explore business opportunities and enlarge the Company’s market share in the Rail & Metro Business.
  • Explore opportunities to boost export.
  • Liaise with customers and strengthen Company’s brand image as a dependable supplier.
  • Coordinate with internal suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery schedule
 Aerospace Manufacturing Division
3.Deputy General Manager (Marketing):
The candidate should be an engineering graduate, preferably in the discipline of Mechanical / Aeronautics / Industrial Production from recognized University/ Institution. The incumbent should possess minimum 19 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 10 years in an Aircraft industry/Aircraft manufacturing industry. Experience in Marketing of Ground Support Equipments (GSE) and Ground Handling Equipments (GHE), business development for aircraft tooling, Component Manufacturing & assembly are essential. Knowledge of production engineering, project cost estimations, tooling, aircraft component manufacturing & assembly processes, outsourcing, manufacturing facilities, Programme Management, latest developments in the aircraft manufacturing technologies quality procedures, AS9100B, Ground Support Equipments/Ground
Handling Equipments, aircraft materials is desirable.
4. Asst. General Manager (Production, Planning & Programme Management):
The candidate should be an engineering graduate, preferably in the discipline of Mechanical /Aeronautics / Industrial Production from recognized University/ Institution. The incumbent should possess minimum 16 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 8 years in an Aircraft industry/Aircraft manufacturing industry. Experience in production engineering, planning, project cost estimations, tooling, aircraft component manufacturing and assembly processes, outsourcing, manufacturing facilities, Programme Management is essential. Knowledge of quality procedures, AS9100B, Ground Support Equipments/Ground Handling Equipments, aircraft materials, latest developments in the aircraft manufacturing technologies is desirable.
5. Manager (Production, Planning & Programme Management):
The candidate should be an engineering graduate, preferably in the discipline of Mechanical / Aeronautics / Industrial Production from recognized University/ Institution. The incumbent should possess minimum 9 years of post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in an Aircraft industry/Aircraft manufacturing industry. Experience in production engineering, planning, project cost estimations, tooling, aircraft component manufacturing and assembly processes, outsourcing, manufacturing facilities, Programme Management is essential. Knowledge of quality procedures, AS9100B, Ground Support Equipments/Ground Handling Equipments, aircraft materials, latest developments in the aircraft manufacturing technologies is desirable.
6. Manager (Marketing):
The candidate should be an engineering graduate, preferably in the discipline of Mechanical / Aeronautics / Industrial Production from recognized University/ Institution. The incumbent should possess minimum 9 years of post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in an Aircraft industry/Aircraft manufacturing industry. Experience in Marketing of Ground support and Ground handling equipments, business development for aircraft tooling, component manufacturing & assembly is essential. Knowledge of production engineering, project cost estimations, tooling, aircraft component manufacturing & assembly processes, outsourcing, manufacturing facilities, Programme Management, latest developments in the aircraft manufacturing technologies quality procedures, AS9100B, Ground Support Equipments/Ground Handling Equipments, aircraft materials is desirable.
